ATTENTION CALIFORNIA HOMEOWNERS!

Homes that qualify can get solar installed with “No Out-of-Pocket Cost!” 

This is possible due to the renewable energy act of 2011 which mandates California gets 50% of it’s energy from renewal resources such as solar by 2030 and 100% by 2045.

Currently the state is getting most of its electricity from out-of-state causing the drastic rise in electricity rates.

Many housing districts have experienced rate increases of up to 31% over the last 1 1/2 years.

The State is not on track to meet these goals since most consumers simply do not spend enough on electricity to justify buying, leasing, or financing solar panels.

 There is now an alternative utility program available if your house qualifies!

If your house qualifies for this renewal energy program, there is nothing to buy.

There are no application fees, no loan or lease payments, and No out-of-pocket costs.

 Your home is simply taken off the current high rate energy tier, or time-of-use program, and

given a lower discounted flat rate for power. Most homeowners are saving 20-50%+ monthly.

 In addition, many homes are qualifying for a “Cash Energy Rebate.” 
Again, the homeowner has nothing to buy, nothing to finance, no lease, no rent and there is no out-of-pocket costs.

 If the house qualifies, the house will be placed on a lower cost flat rate energy program that is cleaner and better for the environment. 
The qualifying process is related to the structure of the house— including the roof and electrical.

 In some cases the program will pay to upgrade the electrical, or roof if needed.

Step 1: Text your electric bill to 714-485-6508 or email your electric bill to  EnergySavings@contractor.net

Include the homeowners name, phone and email address.

Note: There is no personal data on your electric bill that can be compromised.

 Step 2: Once we have your electric bill and contact information, we will create a solar design for your roof.
If you approve the design & savings analysis, a site-survey will be scheduled. Note: The technician will often use a drone to take photos of your roof... as well as inspect your electric panel.

 There is absolutely nothing to buy. You only pay a discounted flat rate for your electricity as the electricity is produced onsite (your roof)

Fully transferable and no liens attached to your property. Since it is the house that qualifies, new buyers, or renters of the house will have full access to this program.
The lower flat rate stays with the house. No lien is placed on your house. Inflation protection on future rate increases. Cash energy rebate 30-days after install.
